Kesty Laser & Esthetics Institute — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Kesty Laser & Esthetics Institute (“KLEI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in our educational programs, courses, and online materials (collectively, the “Courses”). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

Enrollment is open to licensed medical professionals, students, and industry professionals as defined by KLEI. By enrolling, you represent that you meet all applicable licensure, certification, and eligibility requirements.

2. Educational Purpose

All Courses offered by KLEI are for educational and informational purposes only. Completion of a KLEI course does not authorize or certify you to perform medical or aesthetic procedures without appropriate licensure, supervision, and compliance with state and federal law.

3. Enrollment and Access

Upon successful payment and enrollment, you will receive access to your purchased Course(s).
Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course materials, recordings, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, images, videos, presentations, documents, and trademarks associated with KLEI are the exclusive intellectual property of Kesty Laser & Esthetics Institute and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.
No portion of the Courses may be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Once you have purchased or enrolled in a KLEI Course, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change in schedule or availability

  • Failure to complete the Course

  • Dissatisfaction with content or results

  • Loss of access due to violation of these Terms

We encourage all participants to review course details carefully prior to purchase.

6. Course Modifications

KLEI reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Course content, instructors, pricing, or schedule at any time without prior notice.

7. Certificates of Completion

Participants who successfully complete all required modules and assessments will receive a Certificate of Completion acknowledging their participation.
Certificates do not confer licensure, certification, or qualification to perform medical or aesthetic procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

KLEI, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your participation in a Course

  • Misuse or misapplication of educational content

  • Technical failures or interruptions in access

Your use of the Courses is at your own risk.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully throughout all in-person and online interactions. KLEI reserves the right to remove any participant violating these standards, without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing a KLEI Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
